A second face drawn straight over the first, and it doesn't line up. One pink outline sits high and wide of where she actually is, with its own crude eyes and a nose running down her cheek. Rolled or Stretched

Rolled. Ships in a sealed, reinforced tube, paint side out so it cannot crack. It is how galleries have always moved original work. Take it to any framer and choose exactly what you want. Full control, lower price.

Stretched. Arrives on solid wooden bars. Unwrap it, hang it, done.

Same painting either way. Only the arrival changes.
Returns

Changed your mind? Return it unopened within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is at your cost. Email support@darkcharms.co with your order number to start a return. Once a tube or box is opened the piece cannot be resold as new, so it cannot be returned.

Commissioned, customised and oversize work is painted specifically for you and is final sale.

If something is genuinely wrong, damaged, faulty or not as described, we fix it and we cover the freight. Email support@darkcharms.co with your order number and a few photos.

Damaged in transit, tell us within 7 days of delivery.

Colour changes. Tell us what you want shifted and we will paint it that way for you.

Structural changes to the composition are also possible.
